This group gets so little activity that a FAQ isn't really necessary.

Which ones did you think were best? Here's my picks:
Miricle of Fasting: Paul Bragg (he taught Jack Lalanne about nutrition!)

Fasting and Eating for Health: A Medical Doctor's Program for Conquering
Disease - Dr. Fuhrman

Your newsreader gave your address, so it's pointless using "at" and
"dot" in your sig.
How many books did you read? You suggested the enema which is from the
book "Quick Fasting" and only from that book. Everyone else says don't
do enemas. Then you talk about enzymes in fresh fruit which contradict
"Quick Fasting" which suggests cooking the juice used to break a fast.
(Cooking destroys food enzymes). I don't know how you can do a fast
quickly, no more than you can sleep quickly. Even the title doesn't make
sense.
In the article: "It is natural that your eating desire has grown
immense, as if a sleeping giant has just awakended and wants to eat!"
You'll have far less hunger if you proceed and end a fast with several
days of fresh made juice fasting or fruit smoothies. It's all about
enzymes. You misspelled awakened.
