Hello
I've searched this newsgroup for signs of a FAQ or something, but
didn't find anything.
Since I've read many books on the subject and practiced long juice
fasts and short water only fasts, I find myself qualified to initiate
some sort of simple FAQ.
I'ld be needing your assistance, corrections and comments so to make
this FAQ official for this NG.
How do you find this idea?
