Normally when someone stops eating there are 3 days of intense hunger
before hunger disappears (indicating the body is switching to fasting
mode), but if the fast is preceeded with at least a couple days of a
diet of 100% fresh fruit, there is far less hunger.
Short periods (few minutes) of weakness or sick feeling are common while
fasting, (and weakness and risk of fainting are typical during one's
first fast) but a persistant feeling of fatigue, hunger or sick feeling
means you're not doing it right and actually hurtingi yourself.
Short fasts will be of considerably more benifit if fresh fruit, fruit
smoothies or fresh made juice is eaten before and after. Bottled juice
won't work because it contains no enzymes which are destroyed by
cooking. Less hunger means a better fast.
