Having a little trouble getting started on my summer fast. Last Sunday I
did
not eat all day, at the end of the day I had a leafy salad and broth. Same
thing the next day. Tuesday and Wednesday I had to work so I ate some nuts
to give me strength. But today, I have cleared out my schedule to do a
complete water fast. Today and tomorrow will be only water. I think
Saturday & Sunday I'll drop down to juices, broths and light salads. Next
week I'll remain on a raw food diet with no heavy proteins or fats.
I would have liked to have done a 10 day water fast but my schedule would
not allow it. If I can complete my plans as described, I'll still get
great
results.
