Reiki Reiju Day Celebrating the Life of Stuart Vernon

by Garry Williams <gdwill@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Oct 4, 2008 at 08:05 PM

This is a reminder that beginning on October 5th, your local time and
date, at a time that is convenient for you, we will be giving/receiving
distant reiju/attunement for all who wish to participate, in celebration
of the life of our dear friend and great Reiki Master, Stuart Vernon. For
those of you reading who may not have met Stuart before he transitioned,
you may wish to Google up some of his posts in alt.healing.reiki.

This is a group Reiki et al. reiju/attunement/initiation, performed and
received at a distance, all around the world, by anyone who cares to
participate. Each of us who is a teacher of Reiki or Seichim or Grampahugs
or other similar healing modality will, at the designated time, perform a
distance attunement valid for anyone who cares to participate. If you have
not yet been trained to pass attunements, you may still participate.

Simply find a place where you can have some quiet time on the day of the
attunement (you can meditate, if you wish, but not required) and when you
are ready, simply say to yourself that you are ready to accept the
attunements that would be beneficial for you to receive at this time.
Remain quiet and receptive for the amount of time that seems appropriate
to you. When the day is done, you will be attuned to Reiki, plus any other
modalities that get offered that day. Of course, this is no substitute for
training and instruction, and you won't get any certificates, but you will
have the attunements and the experience.

It is always beneficial to receive attunements, even if you are already
attuned. Some find it healing, some find it fun, some find it relaxing,
some find it energizing, some find it spiritual, and yes, some even find
it boring. What you get out of it will depend on what you bring to it. If
you are a teacher, this is an op****tunity to return back to the Universe
the gift you were given by freely passing the attunement to others. If you
are not a teacher, this is your op****tunity to receive a marvelous gift
(at a marvelous discount--for free!). This is an op****tunity for a sharing
of generosity and gratitude, compassion and love. I hope you will join us,
if you feel moved to.

Love and Light,

Garry
