Hi Maddy,
I too find this an interesting question. We were taught to sit in
seiza during my Reiki attunements and I find that markedly
uncomfortable but have since become quite used to it! Has anyone
experimented with trying out different positions for increased energy/
effect? Might do that myself actually :)
