Hi Maddy.
You raise an interesting question, I have been a Reiki Master for 13
years and have questioned just about everything that I was taught and
found that many things that are taught are just wrong but most still
cling to because they are ingrained in tradition. The crossing of the
legs made some sence to me so I have never really questioned it. I
will however play with that and see what I think.. on the subject of
things impeading the energy.. many things impead the energy and if you
want to get good at being a reaki healer you will need to learn how to
remove breakdown or bypass these roadblocks.
