yes - if it were my dream, the eel would be symbolic of the serpent,
and i would be ingesting and imbibing those serpentine qualities

i would not be disgusted because it was not real meat, but symbolic
for something i needed to nutrify my soul

the back and white aspect to the skin is the color of shallow surface
reality, with all of its oppositions and complimentaries, the red
interior is blood, passion and life

this gets to the need for digging into something more deeply for me,
finding my passion, or rememebering it, re-energizing it

the eel part of the serpent could point to the fact for me that this
would take place around the sea or some larger body of water, as
opposed to an interior land mass, or place wioth only rivers and small
lakes, or deriving fulfillment connected with water somehow
