No, it is clearly and unambiguously "telepathic".
The poster is giving dates for attunements to various styles of Reiki,
and "Telepathic Reiki" is one of the styles. Also being offered is
something called "Lostres" Levels Kujikiri, whatever that is.
Additional offerings are Usui Reiki, Shambala Reiki, Purpura (Purple?)
Reiki, "Pearl Seed" Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Shaman Reiki.
