Not that Theo was talking about having a beer while giving reiki, but
I've given it to people in a pub after they had one and I'd had a glass
of wine. It seemed to help them. Reiki masters will teach what they've
been taught, either in reiki cl***** or other healing cl*****. What is
im****tant is what you believe in. If a person believes that reiki is
`better' by refraining from all those things, then maybe it is. If a
person believes that doesn't matter so much, it doesn't. A person can
stress their body just as much worrying about what they're ingesting as
they do by actually partaking of `harmful' food or substances.
Moderation is probably best.
