I do every evening before sleeping
two palms on my eyes 15 seconds ( I am a hurried man)
one palms on each ear 15 seconds
two ( hands I mean ) on ma fountain skull
two on my nape
two on my spine
( here I start getting half asleep)
one on my collarbones
one each side of the throat
two hands on my plexus
and rest relax and fall asleep
I do not do feet palm as not comfortable but is sooooo
good!!!
if I am in the mood I do some chakra alignement and
often pass both hands all over ma alongated body
3-7 times frpm head to knees( cannot go farther ) and back
why do yoi do 21 points ?
where U lerned it and what's for ?
if you are not asleep yet say precepts several times
I add one or two of my own
- and just for today be happy
- and just for today relax/be cool
maybe Usui forgot to add them but it is not too late and
is very helpful for us westerners
